lo que nos garantiza que es un mercado totalmente legal, aunque en Colombia para acceder a este mercado se debe hacer por medio de dos mecanismos:

Buscar un bróker reconocido que tenga mucha trayectoria, supervisión y vigilancia de entidades y utilizar canales legales para girar dinero.

Utilizando intermediarios del mercado cambiario como el (banco, comisionistas, o casa de cambio)

y por lo tanto se debe declarar la procedencia de los recursos ante el banco de la república.
